Develop and implement EHS Management System
 Ensure compliance to company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures
 Provide EHS leadership, training and operational support to all levels of the organization
 Arrange Management Systems’ external and internal audits (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 etc.)
 Develop & implement health and safety surveillance programs across the group
 Conduct Hazard identification and risk assessment of projects and facilities
 Coordinate in environmental impact assessment studies
 Participate in formal EHS reviews of existing equipment modifications, new equipment purchases,
and changes in production processes.
 Perform EHS audits and inspect facilities, machinery and safety equipment
 Investigate industrial accidents, near-misses and occupational injuries to determine root causes
 Maintain facility safety inventory including supplies and equipment
 Ensure compliance to legal and other requirements related to EHS.
 Preparing and submitting environment, health and safety compliance reports/documents to the
relevant organizations

Implementation of WWTP SOPs, troubleshooting of technical issues related to plant and testing
laboratory to achieve Environmental compliance against NEQS & PepsiCo standards
 Due diligence of waste management process as per EPA guidelines.
 Support HSE Manager to sustain ISO 14001 certification by fulfilling all the requirements
 Lead WWTP Fit for Purpose Assessment Study and implementation of action plans.
 Participate in and facilitate Environmental audits, against Environmental Standards, reviews &
assessments develops action plans & monitoring the progress.
 Support in collecting, storing, analyzing, tracking and reporting of WWTP performance data
 Development and Implementation of GEHSMS Environmental Management Standards local
programs (Discharge of Wastewater, Waste Management System, Storm Water Management, Air
Quality Management System, Spill Prevention etc.)
 Provide Guidance on Troubleshoot technical issues relating to WWTP operation and lab testing
 Coordination with 3P Consultants and Labs for Quarterly Environment Monitoring of Air
Emissions, Liquid Effluents, Ambient Air Quality, Noise etc.
 Provide oversight to ensure all site activities have effective environmental management system
 Implementation of EPA new Regulations, handling of routine Environmental Inspections and
responding to queries and compliance concerns.
 Implementation of New MPC Requirements, equipment’s procurement, WWTP operational
monitoring, development of SOPs and WWTP Operators Capability building on MPC
 Provide technical support for environmental legal actions to ensure compliance with
environmental regulations Issuance of WWTP daily dashboard
