• Successfully completed teacher acquisition for the Sindh Board project by sourcing 120+ leads. Prepared job descriptions, carried out screening interviews, and assisted the management in onboarding teachers to commence new online classes.
• Spearheaded market sizing studies to identify new business opportunities for Noon Academy in the test preparation market.
