Job offer letter to final candidates.
Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department.
Screening resume of candidates and gathering initial information on telephonic discussion.
Interview scheduling & shortlisting candidates.
Making advertisement of vacant positions and posting on social media.
Maintain employee attendance and leave record.
Issuance of different HR letter’s
Maintain employee’s data in HRMIS and in employee’s files.
Control employee’s punctuality by implementing HR policies and procedure’s regarding attendance.
Assist in day to day operations.
Responsible to conduct employee orientation and training (e.g. Introducing personnel, payroll and assisting with enrollment forms, expectations, policies and procedures, employee benefits, hours of works, schedules, time off etc.)
Learn the procedures and steps involved in Advanced Provident fund(PF) Loan.
