• Responsible for the deployment of GSSM (Gourmet Secondary Sale Module) project based in Pakistan.
• Responsible for the testing of Android Apps and development of new features and web reports according to sales team and management requirements.
• Tracking and Monitoring activities of ASMs TSOs and other sales staff.
• Responsible for the Plan and Induct TAB’s to (Sales & Marketing Staff) TSO’s, Salesmen and O.B and also to distributors.
• Provide training to ASM’s and Sales & marketing Staff for the system understanding and how to use this dynamic system for real time data.
• Responsible to communicate newly developed feature to sales team
• Responsible to resolve all technical issues regarding Apps.
• Responsible for assuring floor stock up to date in the system.
• Coordinating with all RSMs and ASMs regarding issues in sale execution.
• Responsible for making follow up of company assets e.g. chillers & Tab’s as per actual
• Coordinating with all regional offices for assigning targets from management to sales force team.
• To assist the sales team regarding monthly and annual targets.
• Responsible to prepare sales team incentive e.g. (Distributor’s, T.S.O , A.S.M, Salesman and Order Bookers)
• Prepare daily sales analysis report ASM wise & SKU wise
• Target planning & allocation to Distributors & Salesman
• Prepare stock report for Business Support Manager
• Prepare a production plan according to the demand.
• Follow up Order Planning & Its execution.
• Update the Distributors about the Rate, Promotions and Changed Policies
• Receive online from Distributors and confirm from Accounts
• Receive orders from Distributors & update in GERP & BMU for Delivery
• Dispatch orders as per Distributors requirement
• Give the stock detail to ASM, s which is at company end.
• Ensure the vehicle from logistic department for the delivery of distributor demand.
• Give the detail of demand of distributors to production department after the approval from Headof Department.
• Check Stock in Plant & Distribution.
• Expert in making CSD & RGB Orders of Shops.
• Validate SOR.
• To receive issues from Distributors and Retail Market via Calls and E-mail.
• To Highlight issues and forward to Higher Management via E-Mail.
• To receive orders of Distributors and Whole seller from all Cities.
• Responsible for timely reporting and tracking all stock related and delivery issues
• Performs stock movement analysis; and serves as a liaison between the division and other support functions (Trade marketing, logistics etc.)
• To ensure timely delivery of products and maintain high level of service standards To provide to the customers
• Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries via Call & Email,
• Promotion of our facilities to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach
