I am basically a ‘Chemical Engineer’ with ‘MBA’ (specialization in Human Resource Management) having 41 years of experience.

I had been serving as ‘Advisor Academics and HRM’ for 6 years in Minhaj University, Lahore. I had also been delivering lectures on Human Resource Management to the students of Management Sciences and also students of Chemical Engineering department respectively.

Throughout my eight years of tenure at COMSATS University, I have had human resource and administrative experience. I had been holding very senior job positions as Deputy Director (P&D/HR) exclusively responsible for HR activities, Advisor Chemical Engineering Department, Advisor ORIC (Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization) and Senior Faculty Member. I had also been delivering lectures on Human Resource Management to the students of Management Sciences and also students of Chemical Engineering department respectively.

I have also served in a number of multinational organizations like Unilever, Coca Cola International to name a few and have undertaken human resource and administrative activities in addition to other responsibilities. I am fully conversant with the recruitment, retention, compensation and employee benefits management, performance and work time evaluations, audit policy-making, and mediation, grievance and payroll management procedures of an institution.
‘Letters of Appreciation’ have been awarded to me for commendable services. I am proficient in computers also specifically having knowhow of HR Software.

I have many international publications at my discretion. My International Publication on “Human Resource Management in Modern Era” (comprising 242 pages) has really been appreciated in academia.
