I am looking after London, New York, France, Dubai, Jordan and Morocco offices. Performing all of the HR related tasks eg recruitment, selection, data management, developing HR related policies, training etc.

• Designing and Issuance of tender for bids.
• Bids receiving and opening of Bids.
• Supply Chain Management of office equipment’s.
• Supervising and leading the team of 5 members.
• Short listing of companies for tender issuance.
• Quality Check of products from different companies.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT WING
• Designing and Advertising of positions available.
• Short listing eligible candidates and conducting tests and interviews.
• Maintaining of employees record.
• Getting approval for leaves.
• Designing compensation and reward structures.
• Vertical and Horizontal promotions of employees.
• Organizational departmental planning
• Employee Services and counseling
• Conducting training and capacity building programs.
BUDGET AND REVENUE WING
• Providing and interpreting everyday financial information.
• Monitor Budget Implementation.
• Reallocation of Funds for different development projects.
• Preparation of quarterly/yearly work plans and budget allocation of projects.
• Maintenance of internal expenditure control system in compliance with rules designed by AGPR.
• Elaboration of SOP’s for operation of development projects.
• Collection of employee data for annual honorarium after Budget.
• Correspondence with national and international organizations especially.
• Developing a creative learning community across the school.
• To facilitate the long-term development of creative teaching and learning at a structural and systemic level, using the Creative School Development Framework and other resources.
• To involve parents, Governors and other members of the community extensively throughout the program.
• To ensure that all monitoring and evaluation requirements are fulfilled.
• To coordinate in partnership with the Creative Agent, meetings and activities with creative practitioners, school staff and other partner;
• Act as liaison between parents, coaches, students, administrators and teachers.
• Shaping a vision of academic success for all students.
• Help finding required judges and workers for the regional tournament.
