Someone who is looking for an opportunity to utilise my time and skills both through a working environment that enables me to keep the process of learning an on going adventure . To work for a cause that is rewarding as well as intriguing. I am a quick learner and becoming a mother taught me even more patience and professionalism. I’m most peculiar about time. Time is money and i don’t like to waste any.
As a Head of Early Years, I was responsible to:
• Review teachers’ performance
• Review and double check the notebook checking
• Review and allocate material to each class
• Take story telling sessions to evaluate each child as an individual.
• Conduct weekly meetings with the teachers to evaluate and assist in following the yearly syllabus.
• Conduct monthly meetings with the whole staff to make sure everyone is on the same page to help each child progress.
• Organise events to help each child enjoy learning, mentally and physically.
• Review final and monthly performance results for the teachers as well as the children. Etc.
Addition to the above responsibilities I also looked after the internet page of my campus and made sure the activities were update there and quick responses were given to the parents’ concerns and queries.
And also helped the Head mentors at the headquarters sometimes to help make the curriculum more effective.
Gave small training sessions to my team on how to be an academic professional . (“Essentials Of Teaching” including things like; smiling and loving the job)
Worked on children’s eating habits by organising food days.

It was a small experience but I learned to connect with the camera more. I managed to host a children’s show with parents and nutritionists as guests.
