Job Description: • Prepare payment schedule • Prepare daily deposit report • Prepare bank reconciliation • Reconcile invoices with sale tax return • Party ledger Reconciliation • Prepare challan on EFBR Portal
• Manual and Computerize work on Quickbook
• Perform detailed Audit on daily supplier’s invoice batch prior to upload in Quickbook
• Prepare & Post all Journal Vouchers for Petty Cash, and Utilities
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly payment (cheque & Bank Transfer)
• Reconcile all supplier’s statements prior to present cheques for management approval
• Attend supplier telephone calls and issue cheques
• Assist in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Advance Payment processing & tracking with proper reconciliation
• Review & process payments for business travel expense claims
• Intercompany Journals and Payment
