Training & development, conducted by the Trainer and scheduling orientation and regular training programs at different levels Motivation  Scheduling meetings with employees, resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors Feedback  Designing an effective feedback system. Timely feedback from employees and management to improve the working of the organization.JD  Maintaining organization structure and updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions depending on the companys requirements. Recommending HR policies and procedures Organogram  update all the time & ensure that staff is recruited. HRIS  Develop the Human Resource Information System & maintain MIS. Exit Formalities  Conducting and analyzing exit interviews, and recommending changes based on feedback. Operation Functions Conduct initial screening and interviewing of candidates.Performs HRIS (Workday) related responsibilities including records updates, timely entry of new joiners, marking terminations, etc.Files documents into appropriate employee files (physical/electronic).Assists with recruitment and interview process when/where needed.
