Charter of Duties & Responsibilities:-
Help with time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence and
note taking;
Answering calls and liaising with clients competently;
Answering phone calls, taking notes scheduling meetings, emailing, texts etc;
Complete tasks the Commandant require whether personal or professional;
Often act as the Commandant’s first point of contact with people from both inside and
outside the organization;
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
Arranging travel, and accommodation and occasionally, traveling with the
Commandant to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance
during presentations;
Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate;
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the
Commandant;
Taking action points, dictation and writing minutes;
Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
Organizing and attending meeting and ensuring the Commandant is well prepared for
meetings;
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
Taking on some of the Commandant’s responsibilities and working more closely with
management;
Deputizing for the Commandant’s, making decisions and delegating work to others in
the Commandant’s absence;
Being involved in decisions-making processes;
Supporting annual audit by providing information and answer to auditors;
Verify employees benefit invoices by verifying coverage and costs;
Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential;
Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls;
Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related result as
needed;
Coordinate and communicate accounts branch, banks for purpose of accounts
receivable and accounts payable administration;
Verify allocate, post and reconcile transaction.
Analyze financial information and summaries financial status;
Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process;
Provide input into department and goal setting process;
Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedules;
Preparation and review of salaries substitutes and presented to Commandant for
approval;
Accounts payable and accounts receivables;
Conduct month end and year end close process;
Prepare the budget and financial forecasts;
Petty cash and preparing accounts reconciliation;
Publish financial statements in time;
Develop periodic reports for management;
Keep information confidential and secure them with random dataset backups;
Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation requirements;
Provide technical support and advice on management;
Plan, assign and review staff work;
Reading, monitoring and responding to Commandant’s email;
Planning and organizing events;
Drafting communications on Commandant’s behalf;
Managing and reviewing filing and office systems;
Typing documents;
Sourcing and ordering stationary and office equipment;
Acting as the point contact between the Commandant and internal/external under
command;
Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence;
Handling request and queries appropriately;
Provide secretarial and administrative support in the field and timely manner;
Work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to Commandant’s working life
and communication;
Assist with any other assignments as and when required.

Beside this, I have accomplished my BA, B.Ed, MA IS, MA Urdu, M.Ed and M.Phil Education from reputed Universities and now my PhD Education is in-progress. Also I have achieved many professional certificates such as Shorthand, Diploma in Information Technology, Typing, Hifz Ul Qur'an, Tajweed Ul Qur'an and achievement certificate.
