·         Making work shedule on daily basis,man power handling and supposing day today site operation.
·         Responsible for installation of conduits for electrical systems during slab as per approved shop drawings.
·         Responsible for schematics wirings for electrical and low current
systems(lig
·         hting,power,Etisalat,CCTV,publicadressed,access control and BMS).
·         Installation of LV panels (DBS,SMDBS,MDB,MCC panels,Ats panel,capacitor bank etc).And termination of cables asperapproved  load schedule and single line diagram.
·         Installation of cable tray, cable ladder and cable tanking.
·         Installation and testing of lighting protection system and earthing system.
·         Installation, testingand commissioning of diesel gensets.
·         Installation of HAVC system (chiller,FAHU,AHU,FCU) split and package units.
·         Installation of plumbing system(water supply,drainage,sanitary,GRP tanks,water filter system).
·         Well aware of fire alarm and fire fighting systems.
·         Planning and scheduling of  MEP work programs conduit regular inspection’s and services mechanical,Elecrical and HVAC system and its equipment at site and make
necessary adjustments it require.
·         Review all assigned projects electrical/HAVC and plumber installation shop drawings for compliance with all company and projects instruction (Electrical
·         drawings,equipments location drawings, schematics wiring etc)
·         Carry out the inspection on completed of work with MEP coordinator and consultant.
·         To attends site coordination meetings with the sub-contractor and affort tradesof works.
·         To attends site meetings concerning the progress of work
·         Prepares Technical material, technical queries, samples & drawing submittals for consultant’s approval.
·         Preparing as build drawings.
·         Responsible for material quantity calculations, material requests and handling material at site.
·         Able to work within PM Schedule from week to week and preparing work progress reports daily, weekly, monthly.
·         Coordinating for ongoing projects with engineers, site team and sub-contractors for all kind of documentation to ensure the smooth execution of work.
