Management of smooth operations pertinent to warehousing/ inventory management.

Close interaction & coordination with management in identification and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy as well as cost rationalization.

Recommendations for the improvement in internal controls by applying best warehousing practices.

Ensures that client’s requirements are met in keeping with the contractual obligations consistently.

Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse’ over-all operations. Ensure operations are conducted as per Standard Operation Procedure SOP’s.

Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into pertinent systems.

Monitor and improve facility Safety / Security / Environmental / Quality standards through SOPs and schedule & frequent inspections.

Warehousing of raw material and respective dispatch as per customer requirement.

“5S” training on chemical material handling.

Involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system.

Oversee that the arrangement of goods has been done in an orderly system within the stock location system so that the stock can be stored easily and retrieved whenever there is a requirement.

Ensure the correct and timely valuation of the inventory and to be involved in directing and managing procedures related to offloading, packing and unpacking.

Managing inventory controls with team members to schedule the day to day performances.

Keeping abreast of changes in inventory control best practices in order to educate staff and issue policy changes.
