The key responsibilities are:
Responsible for the planning, costing, execution and monitoring of all projects.
Response to development, hardware, manufacturing, and operational needs.
Analyzing operational issues to make easiness in projects & production lines.
Making improvements to current operations to improve efficiency.
Ensure the safe working environment for team during execution activities.
Working with team on R&D of current operations for improvement in efficiency.
Responsible for cycle time & motion study of all production parts.
Plan and manage day to day maintenance activities and manage necessary resource.
Prepare daily maintenance report for management.
Developed monthly and yearly maintenance plan and implement accordingly.
Prepare RFQ for procurement of new machinery and evaluation of suitable vender as per required specification of equipment.
To implement and monitor new modifications with respect to drawing and relevant standard / specification / documentation.
Responsible for Understanding and execution of ISO 9001 audit.
