1. To prepare Production Schedule and execute the production in the respective area in such a manner that deliveries to WH are met as per requirement of the Delivery.
2. To constantly monitor the manufacturing process and take measures to improve the line efficiency.
3. To make monthly reports on production, rejections, output and countermeasures of rejections to the production manager.
4. Responsible for the record keeping of the all production machinery manuals relevant to the section.
5. To help the maintenance department in carrying out troubleshooting techniques on sectional and ancillary machines during breakdown or during corrective & preventive maintenance.
6. Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.

• Perform the maintenance and operation of 8MW generating capacity thermal power plant
• Make sure the optimum running of steam turbines.
• Keep the Boilers Pressure up to optimum level have generated the capacity of 160 ton/hour of steam.
• Manage safety plans and equipment in order to minimize the risk of health and safety hazards.
• Responsible for multistage reaction steam turbines (back pressure 0.9 bar) operation and Maintenance.
• Involved in commissioning activities of different auxiliaries of the power plant.
• To participate in the routine maintenance activities as well as the major shutdown jobs at the power plant.
• Provide guidelines and instructions to mechanical drafters/designers.
• Work as an assistant shift engineer mechanical and have to look after the plant runs without any stoppage.
• Must ensure that the cane crushed be maximum according to the capacity.
• Should be aware of the boiler steam parameters i.e. the pressure, temperature, discharge, fuel moisture etc.
