Automatic Lubrication System Using Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)

“Automatic Lubrication System Using Programmable Logic Controller” is the project to lubricate the desired parts of “High Tension Electrical machine” which need lubrication in continuous running form in all industries of all over the world. In this project, the detailed analysis of Lubrication system is implemented using Programmable Logic Controller and PWM technique. The parameters discussed in the report include all information related to the Lubrication and High temperature. This project is, basically, a study an implementation of Automatic Lubrication System. The objective of the project is the implementation of automatic technique of Lubrication. This technique includes a number of processing phases ( Lubrication of High Tension Electrical Machine, Cooling of High Tension Electrical Machine, Cooling of Lube Oil, Filtration of Lube Oil, leakage test during process and re cycle of lube Oil into the system) Finally after going through all such processing phases, the project is completed and works correctly.
