Working for a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company in Pakistan dealing with various clients based in UK and Canada.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
Performed my duties for this role using iCabbi, the taxi operations management software as an inbound telephone operator for various clients based in England. I have served for:
- Bounds Taxis and Eco Cars based in Northampton.
- Bounds Taxis based in Milton Keynes.
- Lee Cabs based in Wellingborough.
- Alco Cars based in Rushden.
Taking bookings, dealing with customer queries and complaints by following company SOPs, managing all the calls in a timely manner, working as a team by simultaneously interacting with senior staff in UK when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction by dealing with clients politely to reflect a good picture of company. A fleet of several hundreds, where a car is available in even less than five minutes, I've dealt with customers and drivers taking more than 300 calls in a day on busy occasions and weekends.

In addition to all above mentioned responsibilities, working for this company, I also successfully performed duties of a Cab Controller/Dispatcher at the same time under company SOPs.
CURRENTLY:Working for one of the sales department of world's largest merchant services provider, a Canadian corporate, First Data.- Memorized and expertly delivered sales scripts to persuade the caller to make a purchase.- Explained technical product descriptions and their aesthetic components via phone, relayed a breakdown of prices and answered all caller inquiries.- Worked as a team to meet sales targets.- Tracked and recorded the feedback and personal information of contacted prospects.- Earned the client's respect for the company by giving an impressive performance by increasing sales of client's business.
