• Provide Desk Side support services • Troubleshoot problems reported by users. Voip Monitoring on Vicidial & escalation of major issue to L3 Support Team.• Perform network address assignment. • Evaluate and modify system's performance. • Installation of OS and Misc. application on Systems. • Asset management in Contact Center. • Execution of Policies and Scheduled Tasks over LAN. • Monitoring servers and Analyze Network through NMS • USB & Network printer installation and configuration • Interact with end users and provide network/system/Desktop support. • Managing Domain users profile, Outlook (Pst & Archiving), Siebel, and many other Telenor intranet and internet applications Trouble shouting. • Manage Helpdesk Ticketing system. • Plan and perform appropriate procedures, documentation, inventory assessment, and other procedures related to IT. • Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services. • Monitoring of the corporate anti-virus systems and system security policies. • IT Training Session with new CSE Joiners.
· Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
