Implement all programs / projects launched in the district / area of responsibility.
Management for smooth program implementation of Peoples’ Poverty Reduction Program and SIAPEP Project on Kitchen Gardening and Livelihood in District.
Liaison with public sector institutions involved in public service delivery, development programs for the overall development and poverty reduction in the district.
Supervise the implementation of Community Investment Fund and Enterprise Development linked interventions by the Community Organizations.
Ensure a transparent and effective implementation for empowerment of local communities.
Provide technical assistance to communities in undertaking viable income generating enterprises through CIF, IGG and ED for livestock, Agriculture and small medium business startup.
Create market linkages for communities with the relevant sectors/market actors.
Maintain efficient record of all transactions & comply with all the SOPs & organizational procedures.
Provide leadership to the district team to implement the project for the well being of the local communities.
Generate reports on the ongoing programs/ projects.
Trouble shooting for a smooth and professional management at district level.

• Conduct regular field visits for monitoring, and where project activities are being implemented on the ground.
• Regular compilation of field monitoring reports for further reporting to the MER Manager.
• Develop monthly project monitoring reports, update and follow up on project monitoring action plans.

• Ensure that organization's emergency response in Sindh is adhered the principles and standards of quality & accountability especially HAP, Sphere, RCRC Code of conduct, ISO, USAID.
• Develop and implementing monitoring, learning and evaluation framework for emergency projects in Sindh.
• Establish effective communication & coordination mechanism on Q & A between management & staff & other programs (central office – field office – other programs).
• Establish effective communication & coordination between program & partners & beneficiaries at various levels.
• Establish and monitor complaints handling mechanism for communities & other specified stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR to monitor and improve staff performance (focus on Q & A) to ensure organization's commitments towards Q & A is adhered to (refer to institutionalization indicators).
• Orientate partners on Q & A expectations and Q & A components (with technical support from project).
• Follow-up with program internally & partners regularly by providing technical guidance to ensure proper implementation of Q & A within the project.

• Prepare the Workplan for the project officer’s team and implement them timely.
• Conduct he field visit and support the project officers in field.
• Finalize the identified villages for the CFW activities.
• To support the team and resolve the field issues identified by the project officers.
• Prepare the project proposal and MoU for the CFW activities.
• Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly project report.
• Support the finance officers for release the checks of community labour working in CFW activities and conditional cash grants.

• To overall monitoring of the activities of all projects/programs of the organization.
• To design and develop monitoring formats for various projects of the organization.
• To conduct field monitoring visits and check the performance of staff on the basis of achievements against the set targets.
• To identify the gaps in staff performance, target achievements, process of conducting different activities in field as well as in office.
