Sales:
- Selling of new and existing exhibitions spaces and sponsorship
- Visits to competitive exhibitions for direct communication with prospects
- Developing a list of potential clients and partners for each event.
- Assist in the preparation of all sales material such as sales brochure, sponsorship packages, call scripts and sales emails.
- Delegate Sales, contacting key clients and decision makers.
- Making proposals, contracts, and barter agreements that meet clients' requirements and budget
- Ensure that the sponsor receives what is promised in the contract.
- On-site management of Sponsors and Exhibitors.
- Developing customer relationship by establishing and maintaining effective communication with existing and potential clients.
