• To designs, implements and oversees the installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• To troubleshoot mechanical works and chillers / cooling tower, auxiliaries and carry inventory of critical spares.
• Responsible for overall management of operational and maintenance / periodic and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment’s and auxiliaries at all locations / staff.
• To coordinate correspondence with suppliers / vendors plan and carryout preventive periodic maintenance at different locations.
