•Recruitment of national staff in accordance with Malteser International recruitment procedures and prepare documents relating to internal policies/external posting/advertising of positions, recruitment, reassignment and/or transfers. •Monitor recruitment in field offices and make sure the process is transparent and according to rules and regulation of Malteser International. •Conduct induction process for all new Malteser International /national employees including explanation of the Codes of Conduct (CoC) and Anti-corruption guidelines. •Creation of official E-Mail ID for new joiners and ensure filed offices compliance. •Personnel administration follow up of all projects such as preparation of contracts, contract extensions, personnel records, included leave records of national staff. •Follow up the yearly performance appraisals procedures for all staff and make sure performance appraisals are carried out in field offices. •Provides interpretation of administrative rules, regulations and procedures and ensures that the information is disseminated to all field-offices •Enforce compliance with national staff policies, procedures, guidelines and MI National Staff Rules & Regulations if necessary •Record and hold confidential personnel data from recruitment to termination of employee contracts. •Ensure administrative templates and relevant documentation is duly filed on the office server and in hard copy and ensure same level of compliance in field •Ensure payroll is prepared on monthly basis for the staff; check and approve figures and submitted to Finance department for further process. •Full implementation and maintenance of the HR personnel filing system. •To be a responsible for the calculation and preparation of employee final settlement document. •Registration of all staff with EOBI, processing monthly EOBI contribution as per rules and regulation of EOBI. •National staff health insurance addition, deletion
