Payroll Management system & digitized Maps

Final year project was for FGEHF HRMS Online Payroll System. In HRMS we manage all the details regarding organization including sections and wings moreover information regarding Employee including Banks ,Bank Branch ,designation ,Basic pay scale ,Religion ,Qualification ,Allowances ,Deduction etc. Moreover generate pay slip using allowances and Deduction of that particular employee ,leave management including generate leave ,approve leave ,leave type and generating reports section wise, ,wing wise ,Bps Wise etc and Employee and role Management .The Basic theme of our project was providing role base security mean that admin will create users that can login the system and admin will assign a particular role to that user all the function that are in that particular role user can access only that part offsite for example if admin creates a role that have only role function generate leave than each user that have assigned that role can only generate leave system can also generate pay slip of employee using allowances and deductions of that particular user. Second Part of our project was ESRI Maps in which all the Land Plots on the map are shown to the user by adding layer on the Map user can click on the map all the details regarding that particular plot will be shown and user can search plot using three different types of search that include( by Name ,by CNIC or by plot size) user select any from three and provide details about required land all the details of that plot will be shown by highlighting that plot In last we created a form that gets from user plot size in feet dropdown list and is less or is greater from the other dropdown all the plots that are in that context are shown to user .
