Improves program and service quality by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users. Develop and maintain a filing system. Maintain contact lists. Submit and reconcile expense reports. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Update and maintain usage policies and procedures. Utility supplies billing & daily consumption report including drinking water, electricity, sui gas & water & sewerage. Book travel arrangements & accomodation.
Other Tasks: Lookafter all Company Insurance, claims & renewals including Health, Vehicles & Asset. Fuel Cards, Sim Cards & billing. Update in system as well as maintaining documentation.
Procuerement: Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Maintenance: Overall maintainance of office equipments including furniture & fixture, civi, electrical & electronic peripherals.
Security: Manage all security related matter of Head Office including CCTV monitoring, fire fightening equipements, new security planning, duty scheduling, gate in & outs & guards deployment.
