Working in the veterinary sector for 25 years; dealing with the different human resources and managing them effectively have provided me with the exposure to the professional environment that has not only developed the deep insight to this discipline but also with the passage of time it has developed all the professional skills that are required along the finesse. Belonging to the armed forces have made me disciplined and besides that my educational background have helped me out to develop the effective management and leadership skills.

I am a person who has confidence in his skills and my excellent communication skills; I believe have allowed me to communicate easily with the others due to which I have been able to remove the communication barrier that is normally seen among the higher management and the workers.
