Create plans for solar energy system development, monitoring, and evaluation activities.
Develop design specifications and functional requirements for residential, commercial, or industrial solar energy systems or components.
Review specifications and recommend engineering or manufacturing changes to achieve solar design objectives.
Testing all aspects of the product/system like function/component, system, performance, regression and
service.
Work with development team to identify and capture test cases, ensure version management.
Providing feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to quality risk and report.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Work with the vendor to insure the product availability and to solve any RMA Issues.

PR & PO validation that includes verification of the check list mentioned in procurement manual, check on budget allocations.
Posting of GRN & Service entry sheet (SES) in SAP after due verification of PO delivery & invoice generation from vendor.
Coordinate with SAP team for item creation. Ensuring that all necessary documents attached for approvals in SAP. Follow up on
Monitoring & reporting of departmental KPI on monthly basis & to ensure proper documentation of records.
Maintaining daily dashboard and follow ups to reduce the timing of PO-PR creation.
