Coordinate with all shipping line and airlines for import and export booking requirements.Handles all Import and Export Inquiry from client.Arranging all documentation requirements for the customs clearance of all import and export shipments both Air and Sea.Complete knowledge of Dubai Trade ,Dubai Municipality, shipping lines online portals.Coordinate with transporters for scheduling of deliveries and monitoring the status of the shipment from loading till delivery completion.Arranging customs inspection for all shipments with alert and inspection requirement from customs.Arranging Delivery Order collection from Shipping Lines and Airlines.Regularly update client for the status of all their shipments.Constantly update Exit Submissions for all Free zone Export shipments.Coordinates all documentation and customs formalities for all land freight shipments going to GCC countries.Preparing & checking the full sets of documents if it is complete and abides with the contract. Documents check for respective shipments: BL, Invoice, Packing lists, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary / Health certificate
