1.    Manage new admissions of MBBS, BDS, LLB and Allied Health Sciences
2.    Arrange Admission Committee meetings and assist in reviewing criteria for admission
3.    Scrutinize the applications of applicants based on admission policies of governing institutions Â
4.    Provide support to team members in daily work
5.    Processing readmission and withdrawal cases
6.    Provide information to student’s in a professional manner
7.    Follow-up with students for any enquiries through telephone calls and emails
8.    Provide information to students about the offered programs, admission procedure, eligibility criteria and fee structure
9.    Provide assistance with activities related to student interviews, admission publications & information sessions
10. Arrange orientation programs & educational workshops for students
11. Supervise & maintenance of monthly / yearly attendance record of all programs students and ensure to provide regular reports to the parents and college management Â
12. To liaison between College Management and Parents of Students
13. To arrange Parent Teacher Meetings (PTMs) when required / scheduled
14. To manage clearance process of Graduating students
15. To process enrollment of students with registering bodies according to their deadlines
16. To manage the admissions of all programs as per yearly examination calenda
17. Overall responsibility for Day-to-Day matters, Student Record System, Academic and Student Regulations, Students Complaints, and Internal / Final Professional Examinations
Ø Administrative support to Office of Student Affairs
Ø Facilitating the students as Core Customer
Ø Dealing with students and their parents about their residence queries
Ø Handling resident queries and suggesting appropriate solutions on immediate basis
Ø Ensuring best housekeeping standards in the building. Monitoring performance of janitorial staff
Ø Record keeping of departmental files related to students / office staff
Ø Imposing fines on residents related to violations according to Housing policies
Ø Ensuring discipline and adherence of housing policies and procedures by the residents
Ø Preparing damages list of the building for regular/ annual maintenance
Ø Maintaining proper stock register of assigned building
Ø Managing bedding for societies
Ø Maintaining data of furniture count of the assigned building
Ø Managing work under pressure and delivering best quality results
Ø Providing assistance and support to new comers / peers as and when required
Ø Coordination with Resident Fellows to find out students issues / problems related to hostels
Ø Generation of hostel vouchers through ERP system (PeopleSoft)
Ø Generate departmental PRs on SAP software
Any other task assigned by the Manager Housing/ Director Student Affairs
