1. General Office Administration:
• Supervising the ancillary staff
• Logistical arrangements for meeting/ seminars in the office – Air travel Management.
• Hotel arrangements for workshops and meeting etc.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep in the offices and premises as well.
• Ensure proper electric supply i.e generator and main power supply.
• Booking on the transport.
2. Purchase- Minor Purchases: (Local Market )
• Stationery.
• Staff refreshment.
• Electric materials.
• Obtain Quotations from local market for purchases.
• All minor purchases.
• Major purchases (local market and down country).
• To Obtain Quotation for major purchases.
• Bulk purchase of stationery and other supplies.
3. Printing :
• Obtain Quotation for printing and coordinate with communication dept. for approval.
• Responsibility of printing of all office stationery.
4. Repair / Maintenance :
• Responsible for repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Minor repairs and maintenance of equipment/ Furniture.
• Generator repair and maintenance.
• Ensure the vehicle maintenance of office.
5. General :
• Maintain a monthly record of purchase request, capital expenditure, major maintenance etc.
• Process the utility bills.
