* Promoted to and led and managed the Capital Management function at Head Office as a D-SIB Bank with prime objective to monitor and manage Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and stress testing under Pillar II of BIS Framework. Ensured SRV process and regulatory dialogue was successfully completed. Regularly praised by C-level leadership for quality oriented delivery.
* Responsible for managing and providing CRO, executive management, ALCO and Board of Directors reports on (a) Bank’s risk based capital charge requirements and available / required capital buffers, (b) evaluation of the level and trend of material risks on capital levels, and (c) identifying quantum and type of additional regulatory capital in line with strategic plans.
* Responsible for interaction with internal risk stakeholders to compile and present ICAAP Document and Stress Testing Report to Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) including coordinating an in-house ‘challenge and review’ process with C-level executives and direct engagement in subsequent dialogue with SAMA under Supervisory Review Process.
* Led and presented high level reviews to C-level executives on evolutionary Basel changes from capital adequacy perspective including IFRS-9 impact on capital, peer capital positioning and analysis, inputs for Risk Appetite Statement (RAS), internal capital adequacy dashboard and related analysis.

* As part of Country Credit Office (Global Banking & Markets), Head Office, responsible for undertaking credit risk assessment and providing recommendation on corporate credit proposals of MNCs, large local corporates, public sector entities and business groups in line with international standards.
