I started my professional work in 1992 as a volunteer, after 3 years I joined the development sector full time as a social mobilizer with Local NGO in Multan, i have served various Local, National and International Organization in terms of Facilitator, Trainer, Researcher, Monitoring, Operations Manager, Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Consultant till to date. i have multi-sectors experience and designations like Grants Management, Program management, OD, MER, HR, and Capacity Building. i have a proud to learn by Dr. Akhtar Hameed Khan and his Close companions Ramzan Qureshi amd Hafeez Araien during training at OPP and facilitated LPP at Lodhran. I have working experience in WASH, DRR, poverty Alleviation, Adaptation/Climate Change, Gender, Quality Education, Economic Growth, Governance, Adolescent Reproductive Health amp Development, Child Protection, HIV/AIDS, Capacity Building and Grants Management program in Punjab, KPK, Gilgat Baltistan and AJK Pakistan. I have interacted with more than 200 organizations in Pakistan. I have designed training Manuals amp Guidelines on MampE, SOPs, Mobile Youth & HIV/AIDS, and Adolescents Reproductive Health.i have experience of multi-donor's Projects like, UNICEF, USAID,WFP,WPF,CWW,PLAN Pak,TearFund, CIDA,UNDP,Novib,ADB,British Council,BISP,PPAF,EPA, GoP. I have achieved following milestones during my professional life.
