Job description & Position Responsibilities:Services• Builder of customer relationship and trust• Regional point of contact for all IT related issues or requests• Hardware and Software assets management (related to End User)• End User environment communications and trainings• Strong collaboration with Infrastructure Team• Create/Update documentation related end users (e.g. joiner/leaver check lists)• Meeting Room Health Check (e.g. ensure IT related equipment are properly functioning)Desktops/Laptops and Printers• Deploy (as per current standard), Configure, Deliver, Dispose• Support and Repair (liaise with vendor for hardware repair)• Maintain an up to day inventory (e.g. update upon deployment or disposal)Applications• Install End User software (licensing validity and availability checks)• Deployment of new applications (and/or upgrades) and follow up• Review Unauthorized and End of Life Software and remediateLogical Security• Microsoft Windows patching (Desktop OS)• Applications patching (e.g. Java, Adobe Flash)• Review Encryption and Antivirus definition status and remediate• Administrative Privileges management (e.g. Viewfinity administration)Network and Telecom• Wireless Access support• Headset/Mobile phone support• Video Conferencing System support

JOB DUTIES :
● Implement web applications, prototypes, user interfaces, and also websites for clients.
● Configure, customize plus integrate open source software OSS for client
● Maintain & support existing systems as well as websites and additionally realize it is just as
important challenging as building new apps
● Analyze a client’s needs and design plus develop the appropriate functionality, while not
overbuilding.
● Create and Translate specifications from analyst’s graphic designers into working application
● Implement tasks in accordance with schedule budget goals
● Participate in project planning/estimation with project manager team leads
● Convert as well as integrate data plus content for use in websites
● Engage in problem definition solution implementation according to client needs
● Create integrate interactive functionality in a website.
