o Maintain database of units supplied to customers & provide periodical reports to AU Service Delivery manager within ELS.
o Maintain active contact with EDM at SCOC.
o Pro-active follow up of units sent for repair & follow up with the lead times committed by SCOC.
o Ensure all movement of units is reflected in ERP system.
o Responsible to maintain virtual stock control in warehouse for all spares used for HW Support.
o Should ensure all directives laid down by SCOC are followed strictly.
o Support the KAM Team, SDM during contract negotiation for Service Agreements, SPMS Agreements.
o Handlings claims using ECHO & following up till a replacement of the faulty item is reached and reverse logistics is complete
o Maintain a database of all HW existing in the network at the serial no level.
o Responsible for drafting procedure manual within the AU for Swap & Repair activities together with SDM &Customer Project Manager.
o Be aware of all costs incurred for Swap & Repair & distribution costs for these activities.
o Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction for the services delivered.
o Ensure all import & export procedures within the AU are complied with.
(i)Logistics:
o Process Export Invoices and prepare exports documents according to shipment.
o Search Items in Fixed Asset List of company which are to be export to other countries.
o Prepare customs documents, Consumption Certificates for Imported & consumed items.
o Generating weekly, monthly, semi annually and annual reports about company's Pakistan Logistics Department.
o Indemnity Bond value verification for all imports at the time of exports.
o Documentation for release of Indemnity Bond for non-consumable items and Consumption Certificate for consumable items.
o Notification of GST on every import.
o Record keeping of all imports documents as well as export documents.
o Assist managers in all activities of department.
o Responsible for company's Logistics in the geographic region assigned and Serve as a focal point for company members and agents involved.
(ii)Procurement:
o Supplier Management: i.e Select suitable supplier with standard equipment and timely manage delivery system.
o Procure materials and services on the suitable terms (quality, price, timely) in accordance with declared specifications.
o Coordinate with Supplier/Vendor for price Negotiations and follow up of delivery.
o Preparing RPO & PO.
o Development and Maintenance of contracts and frame agreements.
o Follow-ups, facilitation and tracking of the equipment till the time to reach operation site/destiny.
o Bidding (detail of bid to supplier, mentioning time frame, explain scope of work, requirement of equipment/services, mention terms & conditions, bid submission time, bid opening, selection of supplier/vendor on merit).
o Record keeping of all procurement documents as well as Bids.
o Obtain quotations for very fine price, particular and timely delivered commodities.
o Maintaining project records.
o Budgeting for Security, Community Development and HSE.
o Calculation of ACV monitoring for all contracts of the department on monthly basis according to the consumption of the each contract amount.
o Preparation, updating and alteration of SECURITY CONTRACTS.
o Preparation of Presentations for all segments of department.
o Conduction of weekly EMT meeting for the department and preparation of EMT Duty Roster.
o Preparation of Medical Claims, Traveling Claims and other expanse claims for the department.
o Responsible for all secretarial activities of the department personnel i-e flight & hotel booking, processing of invoices, making security clearance of expiates and all type of documentation.
o Organize miscellaneous events for the department.
o Coordinate department's all internal & external administrative activates.
o Fix & follow up appointments according to the requirements.
o Undertake specific duties as assigned by the Department manager.
