Coordination with Branches for correspondence with the customers
Assisting Sales team in customised reporting as per client request
Preparing cash flow statements (Investment & Redemption) for Premier Customers
Preparing the data of maturing funds to retain the customers in AL Meezan funds
Preparing business proposals related to sales team as per Client portfolios
Provisioning and testing of newly commissioned Outside plant(OSP) network
Close study with internal resources on escalation and resolution processes for critical customer issues
Customer relationship management and optimum utilization of work force
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring new business opportunities
Meeting monthly/annual sales and revenue targets
Providing technical solutions to Corporate and Carrier level customer
Creating and executing project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities
