She was appointed in khushhalibank on 20 july, 2002 as Loan Officer, she was fully steadfast to organize and mange primary point of contact with all clients in assigned area, responsible for product marketing and sales, client servicing, loan booking and document processing, ensuring prompt delivery and repayment of loans and providing periodic portfolio information. She embraced various social, economical, and environmental, issues and studies in two years as a Loan Officer in Khushhalibank.
After Loan Officer she got promotion to the designation of Credit Specilist-1, she reviews thoroughly the loan applications for credit judgment, documentation quality, ability to pay calculations off the cash flow statements, and other functions relating to the credit decision process at branch, decision on loans based on Khushhali Bank's Instructions Manuals and guidelines while remaining consistent with system generated scores, implementation of loan product stipulations and works with BDO's to obtain required documentation and to coordinate direct investigation for upfront due diligence, achieving reduction in rejection rates from non-compliance at CPU, handling of rejection cases at branch level in line with Khushhali bank's instructions manuals, random visits to field for pre and/or post disbursement verifications according to prescribed verification formats, proactively pursues the cases relating to fraud and keeps the relevant departments informed about the developments, as the case may be, maintenance of BDO coding at branch level, back up maintenance of the system on daily basis, coordination with other departments for smooth functioning of his/her functions, coordination with Audit teams during their visits to the branch, any other duty/responsibility assigned by the Line Manager and Head of Departments from time to time. After 9 Years Sales and Risk Experience she was moved to Operation Deparment as a Operation Officer Customer Services where she did Account Opening and Documentation, Credit Disbursement Related Activities, Customer Account Activity, Customer Services, and Marketing. 1 year and 2 months she was as Operation Officer Customer Services.
And now At Present she holds the position of Operation Officer Cash and she manges many works such as Cash Payments and Receipts, Policy compliance/Audit, Cash Sorting, Cash Management, Customer Services, Marketing.
