 Managing the complete recruitment & selection process.
 Responsible and handle manpower requirements for company’s major clients, like, Saudi Aramco, SADARA, SBG, Jacobs, Vendor Inspection, Lifting Inspection and Secondments projects.
 Making the advertisement layout to be published in Saudi Arabia newspaper as well as in India, Pakistan and Philippines and in all online job portals.
 Sourcing CVs for required open positions of all technical & non-technical fields mostly, Engineers, Inspectors, Supervisors, Managers, other office staff, etc.).
 Sourcing candidates by using different recruitment tools based on the recruitment plans.
 Screening and short listing the suitable candidates with the help of concerned HOD/Supervisor.

 Conduct HR induction and E-Learning training for new employee.
 Prepare and present monthly recruitment reports, manpower plan to top management during meeting.




 Preparing and supervising SOPs of Personnel Record Keeping (soft and hard), CV Databank and keeping the record updated.
 Attend meetings on manpower requirements with management and clients as and when required.
 Developed and implemented HR Policies and procedures as per Labour Law to ensure effective compliance.
 Developed and implemented Departmental KPIs & Flow Charts to evaluate the performance and job process of respectively.
 Supervised employee relations and personnel management (e.g. payroll, salary revisions, final settlements, end of service benefits, exit interview, medical insurance, vacation plains, travel tickets, personnel files, employee data bank, etc).
 Attend weekly meetings along with all HODs to discuss HR Administration issues/problems for corrective and preventive actions.
