Key Responsibilities. 
•Planning of Construction Activities and Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Work Schedules.
•Preparation of Shop Drawing’s for soft Clay Dumping.
•Preparation of shop Drawing‘s for Good earth filling, site Work Execution, Prepare Survey results submitted to consultant.
•Conduct inspection and checking on site works.
•Conduct field density test for reclamation land and prepare reports submitted to consultant.
•Supports Quantity surveyor‘s (Projects) in verifying progress payment and claim.
•Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, working progress summary reports submit to consultant for claiming.
•Preparation of construction drawings & method statement‘s.
•Preparation of weekly, monthly progress meeting‘s slide and attend the meeting with Consultant‘s.
•Coordinate with Client and sub-contractor‘s and suppliers for work progress, answering contractor technically queries and govt, authorities on project related issue‘s.
•Assist in planning and development of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material‘s.
•Manage site activities.
•Prepare demand‘s and get the executed work approved by client engineer‘s.
•Keep sub-ordinates’ aware of current and new rules regulation‘s and practices.
•Ensure that all material‘s used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications, Providing Technical advice and solving problem‘s on site.

 Kay Responsibilities.                  

Coordination of structural, architectural, and MEP shop drawings.
Managing and coordinating with the staff related to: MEP, procurement, shop drawings, quantity surveying, cost control, and concrete batching plant.
Worked on some variation orders (VO) especially on block and plaster works after changing the design of some apartments.
Preparation of construction drawings and method statements.
 Arrangement of client inspection and conduct Inspections.
Supervision of the construction actives.
Responsible for samples test for soil Laboratory.
Taking Data preparation and test result submission.
The variation orders include the description of varied work, details of variation, the BOQ, attachments of the new and old shop drawings, the new and old quantities, the approved field inspection requests, estimated time and cost effect, notice for possible variation (NPV) and notice for possible delay (NPD)
Familiar with Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities.

Determine construction cost and material estimates based on civil designs.
Analyses design issues and suggest corrective actions.
Inspection of all construction activity Excavation, Boring pile, Piles, Pile Caps, Pier shaft, canopy, Transom, Girders (I, C, Box) Stressing, structure, Road,(Auto Levels, Theodolite, Total Station), Water bond Works including, Barrier wall, Drain, Station column, Footing, Deck slabs, Railing, Girders Launching, Light pool et
Ensure Worker safety.
Perform design changes and improvements according to changing project demands.
Stay updated with latest developments with civil design fields.
Ensure compliance with ISO quality requirements.
 Helping Contractors in Preparation of shop drawings and construction Schedules of individual structures.
Ensure the execution of the Projects/structures according to the Design, Qualitatively as well as quantitatively.
Checking & of detailed drawings and construction Schedules of different projects submitted by contractors.
Checking of bar bending schedules, shop drawings, check   requests, daily progress reports & supervision of different levels of road structures.
