 Project Monitoring, Controlling & Reporting: I proactively monitor and regularly update the CEO and the COO about all IDAP projects’ progress by actively engaging with Project Directors and site staff, conducting regular Progress Review Meetings, ensuring liaison with stakeholders, and recommending necessary processes\' improvements for timely completion of projects within allocated budget.
 Conduct, Track, and Monitor all IDAP Procurements: I closely work with Head of Procurement committee and General Manager Procurement & Contracts (GM P&C) to oversee all IDAP procurements to ensure that the same are being done in time and as per approved SOPs
 Exhaustive scrutiny of all project-related payments: This assignment includes an in-depth review and scrutiny of all project payments based on approved IDAP\'s SOPs and Contract document(s) signed between the stakeholder(s). The key objective is to ensure that
 Review of Extension of Time (EoTs) Requests of Contractors and Consultants based on FIDIC Contracts and signed Agreements: This includes comprehensive reviews of EoT claims to ensure that such claims are processed in line with contract documents and standard practices. For this, I work closely with the Planning & Scheduling & Contracts Administration teams of the Project Management wing of IDAP.
 Develop, Streamline, and automate Project Management Initiatives: Under the guidance of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) IDAP, I innovate, develop and create various project management processes and mechanisms. Such mechanisms include but are not limited to: Project Progress Reporting System (PPRS) for IDAP\'s senior management; Project Issues Management Solution, Performance Dashboards, KPIs management system and HSE monitoring dashboards.
 Develop Key Performance Indicators for construction projects in line with PMBOK Guide: I Worked exhaustively to develop KPIs in accordance with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) guidelines to improve construction management and project management processes for successful and timely delivery of IDAP projects while preserving adherence to high-quality standards.
 Develop, Manage, and Monitor Projects Issues Management System: Worked with the IT team to innovate IT-based solutions to record, track, monitor, and report project issues. Also, my duties are to keep the senior management informed about the bottlenecks in construction work and seek their guidance.
 Ensure HSE Compliance by establishing a Site Safety Management System: I worked with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and IT departments to establish IDAP\'s Site Safety Management system. The system includes integrating HSE protocols with IT tools to generate, receive and share HSE data online. This also includes ensuring weekly HSE reports for the COO and the CEO.
 Support Planning & Development Department, Govt. of Punjab, by extending technical and financial expertise in reviewing project charters (PC1), business cases, and project management plans with respect to high priority development projects/ initiatives.

Drafted, reviewed and processed NESPAK’s consultancy contracts with Clients based on Pakistan Engineering Councils Standard Consultancy Framework
 Reviewed Contractor’s claims in accordance with the provisions of the Conditions of Contract and provided recommendations to “the Engineer” and/or “the Employer’s Project Director”
 As a Junior Contracts Engineer in Contracts Division, I worked with a team of engineers for preparation and review of documents including, but not limited to, the following:
• Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Bidding Documents/ Bid Evaluation Reports
• Consultancy Services Agreements
• Prequalification Evaluation Reports
• Contractor’s Construction Claims
• Monthly Billing Rates of NESPAK employees
 Provided contractual interpretations, opinions, and solutions for issues encountered by various divisions of NESPAK; and
 Contributed in 13 standard documents of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), including Prequalification Documents, Bidding Documents, JV Agreements, Guidelines for Bid Evaluation, Guidelines for Price Adjustment Formula, Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration, etc.
