Develop, Streamline, and automate Project Management Initiatives: Under the guidance of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) IDAP, I innovate, develop and create various project management processes and mechanisms. Such mechanisms include but are not limited to: Project Progress Reporting System (PPRS) for IDAP\'s senior management; Project Issues Management Solution, Performance Dashboards, KPIs management system and HSE monitoring dashboards.
Develop Key Performance Indicators for construction projects in line with PMBOK Guide: I Worked exhaustively to develop KPIs in accordance with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) guidelines to improve construction management and project management processes for successful and timely delivery of IDAP projects while preserving adherence to high-quality standards.
