 Sales Target vs. Achievement.
 Check Physical vs. System Stock report & Verify Management.
 Customer’s R.O.I (Return on Investment) Working.
 Provide Daily/weekly/Monthly report to Sales management for the SnD Pro System.

 (Distributor Claims Management)
 Prepare Cash memo/Invoices at any Software like SND System.
 Maintain Trade Offer Allocation and Discounts Monitoring.
 Timely Processing of Distributor Claims.
 Ensure all Claims must be supported with required Documents.
 Ensure in time Reimbursement of Claims in Distributor Accounts.
 Ensure timely full and settlement of resigned Distributor.
 Ensure all required Documents with full & final Settlement.
 Provision of credit notes against claims settled in system

 S&D Pro (Sales and Distribution)
 CRM Portal (Customer Relationship Management Portal)
 Maintain sale, stock, account leader and other S&D related data on daily   basis.
 Brand wise SKU wise Channel wise target Monitoring & Sales monitoring.   Zero Purchase productivity monitoring.
 Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to   prepare source data for computer entry.
 Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if   possible and check output.
 Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
 Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
Scan documents and print files, when needed.
Keep information confidential.

        Respond Sales Team`s queries for information and access relevant                    files/Reports.

 Ensure proper use of office equipment.
 Accomplishes organization mission by completing related results as needed.
 Manage additional responsibilities including troubleshooting,

         Database back-ups, regularly uploading on FTP & take backup into
         the flash drive with software kit.

 Beware to install irrelative software installation into S&D server.
 Maintain customer’s master data timely.
 Align PJPs` Sections & DSRs and match POPs both side section pop & section permanent.
 Provide secondary sales data to the concern timely on daily basis.
 Informed any SnD related issue Administrator timely.
 Match sales & stock report with floor stock.

           Sync timely.

 Verify Scheme/TO etc. after making Cash Memo.
 Always keep open their Email and instantly respond of any email you received.
 Immediately report of any administrative issue at Setup to TSO/TSE and ZSM as well.
