Joined the business as a store manager. Core responsibilities included taking care of all kinds of in-store activities i.e.; operations, inventory handling, stock ordering, staff hiring etc. Managed high level of customer service and trained sales staff while keeping them motivated. The store achieved higher than expected sales figures in my tenure.
Opened 5 new stores in Islamabad and Rawalpindi and train the team for that stores.
