Formulated schedule to renovate area on MS Project and update the progress in a timely manner. Planned, executed, and supervised civil construction activities on sites and liaised with the MEP team to assure proper location of sleeve penetration of utilities in concrete structure of building. Created forced entry and ballistic resistant protections for ducts and other utilities on exterior face of building and accomplished various tests on plumbing lines of the buildings.
• Played a key role as the Competent Person for Scaffolding, erection and removal, and Fall Protection and steered meetings with the client to initiate any new works.
• Acted as an In Charge for the extensive renovation of running housing building and supervised construction activities as per the Baseline Project Execution Schedule to meet progress and schedule deadline.
• Functioned in close collaboration with Sub-Contractor to administer piling works, including 219 piles in housing building and 17 piles in expansion of MSGR building.

Delivered excellent first rate support to staff in generating weekly working schedule to assure timely implementation of the approved BPES from contractor. Administered all construction activities on bungalows and assessed progress on site through updated work schedules. Examined constructed and habited houses for adherence with the Construction Bye Laws of NHS.
• Created project execution schedules, presentations, and related documents in accordance with provisions of contract by the Project Director to update NHQ regarding the progress of the projects.
• Interacted with Consultants regarding master plan of Phase-IV NHS and verified running bills for infrastructure development and housing projects.
• Generated BOQs’ and tender documents and organized infrastructure development and bungalows construction to undertake inspections, construction, repairs, and maintenance activities in NHS Karsaz.

• Coordinated with consultants to undertake major construction works, verify running / final bills, examine quality assurance, and supervise quantity of works during the execution works.
