Development Engineer
Job Duties:
• To Evaluates the project by designing and conducting research; applying knowledge of
product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment
vendors; soliciting observations from operators.
• To estimate the overall cost, time and resources required to complete the project by calculating
production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future
requirements.
• To develop a detailed project plan to track progress by studying product requirements;
designing, manufacturing processes, modifications, and testing manufacturing methods and
equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.
• Monitoring, supervision of activities and control through schedules assess delays and plan and
execute corrective measures by developing strategies to achieve targets.
• To coordinate with internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Prepares product and process reports by analyzing, and summarizing the details.
• Prepare project budgets for technical and commercial feasibilities.
• Support Production preparation activities for new Projects (New Development).
• Responsible for Outsourcing of job to achieve the timeline.
• Responsible of development, manufacturing and inspection of outsourced jobs.
• Department KPI monitoring and resolving critical shop issues related to Safety, Quality,
Productivity and Cost through close communication with the concerned department.

Intern in press shop of body manufacturing plant and Supply Chain Department at HinoPak. Learn the process of manufacturing, quality assurance, process planning, assembly line balancing, production planning and scheduling.
