概要

Work with partners at the provincial and district level (Government, partner organization others) to promote joint planning, implementation and analysis of identified project training activities related to nutrition program Wash project and monitoringand evaluation servies and supervise staff like Lade Health Visitors Nutrition Assistants Community Mobilization officerss and midwives in target districts.
. Accurate, complete and up-to-date programme/project management information is available for effective budget preparation, programme/project design, implementation, management and evaluation
. Appropriateness and completeness of financial and supply documentation as well as adherence to established allotments are ensured.
. The capacities of Country Office staff and team work are strengthened through effective capacity building activities in the development, implementation and management of the different Programmes.
. Knowledge sharing with donors and media is promoted.
. Effective communication, networking and collaboration are achieved with internal and external partners

. Provide support on developing modules and curricula for pre-service and in-service training.
. Facilitate baseline skills assessments training need assessments and plan training according to requirement of the program/ Project.
. Support annual training plan and prepare training schedules quarterly and monthly basis and weekly basis.
. Conduct field visits throughout targeted districts for the participation in, or monitoring of trainings Quality improvement related project activities. Attends and facilitates periodical reviews both at provincial and district levels.
. Collect and analyze data for baseline, Coaching, mentoring visits. Assemble Nutritional MNCH and other related material, Job Aids, reports, background information and provides updated information on training Progress.
. Support district based teams of clinical supervisors for training implementation.
. Prepare progress reports for review monitoring purposes and proposes corrective measures.
. Ensure that training, activities are in accordance with plans of action.
. Maintain the record of the province wide trainings, on the job trainings coaching mentoring reports.
. Any other work assigned by the supervisor related to trainings/reports.
. On the job training plans, coaching mentoring plans schedule of training activities
. Plans for further progress and site strengthening.
.Monthly Success stories, training reports from field.
.Support in implementation of year wise training Work plan.
