• Working for a project (OSS Solutions) of CMPAK (ZONG) in Engineering Operations and Maintenance Department
• Having work experience in Fault Management.
• Generated reports from the database using PL/SQL.
• Creating procedures, views, queries, table spaces and various object types in PLSQL.
• Linux scripting and crontab modifications for new scripts.
• Experienced in health checks of servers and looking raw files from EMS
• Perform efficient mapping of TT Type against Fault Type to make only relevant information available to TT processor for accurate decision making regarding outage’s reason.
• Ensuring Network Automation Tool synchronization with EMS.

• Ensuring Alarms Authenticity by synchronizing with OMC-R for both Active & History Alarms.
