• Create content for print, social media and website.
• Prepare reports by collecting data from districts with graphical representation for higher management, CM House and the Health Department of Sindh.
• Designing logos, web banners, social media posts, annual reports / quarterly reports, newspaper Ads, and web templates.

• Prepare a presentation, print materials, certificates, appreciation letters, and giveaways for meetings and training.
• Designing of all printing material (brochures, flyers, newsletters, service & signboards, and all types of forms used in Basic health centres and clinical health centres, facilitating video shoots and photography of events, meetings, etc.
• Printing of printing material by vendors.
• Manage all 1,249 health centers marketing and communication design needs.
• Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the marketing manager to achieve revenue goals.

• Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
• Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients, respond to the client queries regarding the services in a timely manner.
• Maintain database of existing and new clients.
• Search for identical trademark and similar trademarks with filtration for the results
• Generate leads and approach the new clients by showing them our services.
• Visit in trade fair and other events/exhibitions and meet with the participants to promote our services. 
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
• Assist in company’s branding and media communication activities such as social media, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site.

• Maintain presence on social media platform, solve student queries and create awareness.
• Dealing with enquiries from prospective students and parents, offering initial advice; organizing interviews and, where appropriate, entrance/scholarship examinations; arranging and conducting tours of the university.
• Assist with the production and sending out of relevant materials for publicity purposes, coordinating the production of external recruitment materials, including the prospectus, newsletters, flyers and mail shots; updating university communications on the university web site and social media; maintaining up-to-date marketing materials for display purposes; producing and placing advertisements for recruitment; representing the college at exhibitions/recruitment fairs.
• Maintains admission guidelines by writing, updating, and recommending changes to admission criteria, policies and procedures.

• Provides full range of personal, confidential and administrative support to the Department Head / Manager.
• Prepare presentation, print materials, certificates, appreciation letters and giveaways for meetings and trainings.
• Conduct qualitative research such as patient interviews, surveys, record success stories to understand community/patient beliefs, attitudes and behavior and test concepts and materials.
• Develop and execute different communication tools for different health programs for e.g. Cable TV Ads, Newspaper Ads and Radio spots.
• Organize events, meetings, trainings, prepare agenda, booking of meeting rooms, records minutes and dissemination of minutes in all regions by the support of regional team.
• Make arrangements of events, travel, hotel accommodations and transportations as per guidelines.
• Maintain records of client complain / feedback and online client satisfaction survey and then resolve the issues by coordinating with the relevant departments.
• Take active part in supervisory field visits of health centers across the Pakistan in every quarter and resolve issues with the support of relevant departments.
• Certified ISO 9001-2015 Internal Quality Auditor from SGS Pakistan in March 2018.
• Maintain corporate client panel business in Gigit and Chitral Hospitals.
• Plan, develop and implement effective marketing communication campaigns, writing copy for all marketing collateral, including Jamatkhana announcements, brochures, newsletters (print & online), flyers etc.
• Coordinate with the vendors to look after all the printing requirement of AKHS,P by dealing with the vendors, preparing purchase orders for procurement of material to ensure timely execution of production and dispatching the printing material to all regions.
• Managing and monitoring vendor payments, negotiate invoices and payment timeline with vendors.

Provides assistance in developing brand positioning and communication strategies. Manage consumer and trade promotional activities and marketing events. Work with Research and Development (R&D) team and technical application team to convert innovative business ideas into saleable products. Provide necessary assistance to Brand Manager in all activities pertaining to brand building. Assist for better positioning of POS material of company products.

Hold meetings with Manager Marketing to discuss the need of clients, developing design by gathering information and data to clarify design issues, thinking creatively to produce new ideas, producing accurate and high quality work, working well in a team with printers, copywriters and supervisors. Design Book Covers according to the book title, Design books & Catalogs on Macromedia freehand and convert books in electronic books (e-Books), Design print ADs for latest books for publish in different science/medical magazines.
