1- Handling Top tier 100+ Fashion/Apparel Brands on 360 degree. 2- Ensure healthy relationships with vendors on a long-term basis and daily coordination or follow-ups regarding client orders. 3- Negotiating timelines, priority orders and other related aspects for orders placed with them. 4- Ensure resolution of vendor issues like payment, ledgers and order clarity. 5- Ensuring issues and tasks are timely resolved with a permanent solution. 6- Reducing delivery timelines of orders and errors/returns/rejections. 7- Ensure resolution of vendor issues like payment, ledgers and order clarity. 8- High level of integration with all vendors. 9- Identification of production issues with vendors and order capacities. 10-Prepares necessary SOP’s for fulfillment processes.
