in my current role i am responisble for the following duties
To be responsible for managing the portfolio of 16 properties and their respective mortgages.
To be responsible for calculation and recording of depreciation
To monitor, track and follow-up of accounts receivable
To be responsible for overall control of bank and their reconciliations thereof
To be responsible for recording and managing the intercompany transactions
• Posting of the journal entries related to AP. • Import payments through open account and also from letter of credit and bank contracts. • Preparing cash flow forecast on monthly basis and present same to Manager. • Control of company’s petty cash as per prescribed policy and procedure. • Monitoring, tracking and follow-up of accounts payable. • Controlling bank and cash transactions and their reconciliations thereof. • Assisting in e- filing of monthly Sales Tax return in consultation tax Manager. • Preparing landed cost of each ingredient for beverage and present the same to manager
• Analyzing the nature of the entity’s operations, key market forces and environmental factors. • Assessing the relevant laws and regulations concerning the operations of the entity; • Confirming the basis for and determination of planning materiality and thereby the testing thresholds. • Identifying and assessing risk of material misstatement at the financial statement and assertion level. • Designing response to the assessed risk of material misstatement. • Assessing the nature of entity’s controls. • Designing and performing test of controls to check the operative efficiency of controls. • Evaluating results of test of controls and determining nature, timing and extent of substantive procedures. • Design of substantive procedures i.e., test of detail and analytical procedures. • Application of various analytical procedures (variance analysis, ratio analysis, trend analysis and industry comparison) as part of substantive procedures. • Coordinate, communicate and supervise subordinates working at different locations. • Ensuring the financial statements prepared by the client in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and all applicable local laws and regulations. • Preparation of management letters highlighting weaknesses in internal controls environment
