• Lead a team of Merchandisers to fulfill the front line job for different markets and international shoe and handbag brands i.e Clarks (USA),wortmann (Germany), Ninewest (USA),,TODS (Italy), Brue (Italy)
• Liaison with strategic suppliers, agents, customers and negotiate contract agreements
• Responsible for fulfilling customer requirements, from order placement to the delivery of Goods
• Proto type, Pre-production and Post-production sampling for customers
• Coordination and follow up closely with production to ensure production time line could achieve meet buyer delivery, meet appropriate documentary control requirement and providing subordinates with appropriate coaching and development opportunities
• Managing the stock ordering, receiving, storing and issuance of the material
• Forecasting of production and sales to meet customer demand & supply
• Manage area wise route planning, scheduling and its execution from procurement till distribution
• Maximize capacity utilization, inventory control of production online and finished goods
• Plan to monitor and control production quality
• Evaluate the situation and resolve to recreate the target
• Effective shop floor planning by carrying out weekly and monthly production plans
