1. Twenty eight years experience as Inventory Controller/Logistician in Pakistan Air Force and GC University, Faisalabad. Retired in 2003 from PAF as Squadron Leader;
2. Vast work experience in fully computerized environments as System Analyst. Transferred two Bases from manual system of accounting to Automated System 3090 and Enterprise System 9000;
3. Five years experience as Manager Human Resource Management/Administration in the small/medium private and public sector companies Leisure Textiles (Pvt.) Limited (about 700 Employees), Millac Foods (Pvt.) Limited (about 400 employees), and Noon Pakistan Limited Bhalwal (about 700 employees);
4.Very flexible and continually trying to learn new and modern concepts and good HR practices, particularly regarding corporate social responsibilities, organizational development interventions, and change management; and
5.Teaching experience of one year in GC University Faisalabad ie Organizational Management and Performance Management to MBA classes.
