I served as a teacher in Army Public School and severed as teacher educator in AKES,P
MY responsibilities were:-
Conduct training for teachers on need basis
Mobilization of community for girls education
Conduct workshops/seminars for women
Dealing & conducting meeting with Govt official &coordination with other N,GO,s as well as Government sectors
Worked with Government & community schools to increase girls students enrollment and conducted meetings with parents especially with mothers to sensitize them regarding girls education.
Conducted sessions/Talk shows and seminars on pro women legislation and its implementation in Gilgit Baltistan.
Organized seminar in Baltistan to appreciate working women and to high light their role in society and in development sector.
Established corner libraries with help of communities to enhance habits of reading among children .
Conducted 200 sessions to improve reading skills of teachers &provided support to 14000 students how to learn reading skills

Working with 244 schools and 350 primary teachers of Baltistan Region,to improve Reading skill of early grade students.
Providing support to Teachers to enhance their professional skills ,how to teach students to learn reading and make reading as a fun and enjoy to read a book or reading.
collected students enrollment data during 2015-2018.
Paying followup visits to support teachers as well students and to assess their performance .
Conduction of meeting on monthly basis at every cluster to discuss achievements/findings and challenges and way forward to overcomes to those challenges during teaching at classroom level.
Providing learning environment at schools (Print rich classrooms)
Working on components of Reading for teachers and students.
Introducing story telling method to create lesson interesting.

Strong coordination with stake holders Community ,Teachers and Education Department for sustainability of the Reading habits at schools.
