ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare Revised and Recovery schedules.
Evaluation of project progress.
Prepare Monthly, Weekly and Daily Progress Report.
Ensure plans meet the client’s specification.
Management of resources i.e. Machinery, manpower and materials to meet the objectives
Inspection of casting, curing, testing including all other quality aspects
Preparing paper work & records.
Manage site and execution of construction works.
Co-ordination with site staff and provide professional guidance to them and assure quality of work.
Calculate quantities from drawings and actual site conditions.
Counter design issues in construction drawings.
Preparing BOQs and Bills Submission of Claims
Cost Estimation of Projects
Execution of Structural and Finishing Works
Execution of Bridges, Underpasses, Cattle creeps and Culverts etc.
Piling works as per specifications.
Quality control of concrete on site and plant
. Girder profiles, reinforcement and concrete execution
. Girder stressing and calculations.
